The site is informational and funded only by display advertising from Google AdSense, with no affiliate links or commissions. It is not a lender, broker or regulated financial adviser.If you need a person rather than a calculator, email is the only way in. There is no form on this page, no chat widget, and no phone number.

How to reach Rodway Labs

Write to hello@loancalclab.net. Use your own email program. We do not collect messages through a box on the site, and we do not publish a postal address or a company registration number. A short note with the page URL is easier to act on than a long thread.

Rodway Labs is the publisher behind LoanCalc Lab. The public name of this site stays LoanCalc Lab. Other calculators in the same family, including anything about property remortgage, are separate sites. A message sent here is about this site only.

What the site is, and is not

LoanCalc Lab is a set of personal-loan and debt-payoff calculators, plus guides that explain the same monthly maths. You can estimate a payment, sketch a consolidation, or compare snowball and avalanche under assumptions you type in. The sums run in your browser. They are not an application and they are not sent to us as an enquiry.

We are not a lender, a bank, or a credit broker. We do not hold ourselves out as authorised by the FCA, and nothing here is a credit offer or regulated advice. We are not a debt-advice charity and we cannot start, pause, or settle a loan for you.

What you will get from a message

• A look at a correction: the URL, what the page says, and what you think is wrong.
• A reply on a privacy request, such as a question about a message you already sent.
• A note if a calculator label, country toggle, or guide is unclear in ordinary use.

We read what arrives and answer when we can. There is no ticket system and no promised same-day reply. Material mistakes are corrected on the page, and the date changes when the substance changes.

What you will not get

An email will not produce a personalised rate, an eligibility check, or a view of your credit file. We will not tell you whether to borrow, consolidate, or overpay. We will not complete a lender’s form or contact a lender on your behalf. Please do not send account numbers, card details, photographs of identity documents, or payslips. We do not need them, and this inbox is not a place to store them.

There is no mailing list. Writing to us does not subscribe you to anything, and we will not pass your address to a lender or an affiliate.
